Shipping Policy

• In stock orders ship within 24 hours. 90% of our orders are shipped complete within 2 business days
• Weekend orders will be processed the next business day.
• Oversize shipments will be additional; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval.
• We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders.
• In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on back order or discontinued, we will notify you.
• We do not ship COD orders.

Important Note About Shipping Times
All delivery dates shown on our website are estimates.
Shipping/delivery time estimates are contingent upon the ordered part being currently in stock at our warehouse. If we do not have your ordered item currently in stock, selected shipping times will take effect once we have ordered and received the parts from the manufacturer.
Time Sensitive Orders: If an order is time-sensitive, please contact us immediately to confirm availability and shipping options.

Important Note About Shipping Rates
The shipping calculator does a great job, most of the time. However if the shipping quote seems unusually high, especially for a small lightweight part, please submit the order and we can adjust the shipping cost as needed. Or you can email us your concerns.

International Orders
We do ship internationally to selected countries. If your country is not listed then we do not ship there.
Only PayPal is accepted for international orders and shipped to address on payment.
Duties and Customs Fees are not collected by us, and you will need to make arrangements with your country's tax agency to pay those fees.
Please add a note during Checkout if there are any request for a specific carrier. We will work to honor those.
Shipping Cost is an estimate. It is possible that we may need to collect additional funds and if so we will contact you.
