Return Policy

At BINB ROAD, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing high-quality automotive replacement parts and professional customer service.
This Return Policy applies to eligible products purchased directly through the official BINB ROAD website. Products purchased through Amazon, Walmart, eBay, or another third-party marketplace may also be subject to the return procedures and policies of that marketplace.
Nothing in this Return Policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
1. Return Eligibility
- BINB ROAD accepts eligible return requests submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery.For returns under our general 30-day return policy:
- The return must be authorized by BINB ROAD before shipment.
- The product must be sent to the authorized return address provided by BINB ROAD.
- Unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise non-conforming, it must be returned in new, unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and resalable condition.
- All accessories, hardware, manuals, labels, bags, and other included components should be returned with the product.
- The original packaging should be retained and used wherever reasonably possible.
2. Items Not Eligible for Voluntary Return
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the following products may not qualify for a voluntary return:
- Products that have been installed, used, modified, painted, cut, drilled, damaged, contaminated, or altered.
- Electrical, electronic, hydraulic, fuel-system, or fluid-handling components that have been installed, connected, programmed, contaminated, or exposed to vehicle fluids.
- Products with missing material components or accessories.
- Products damaged by improper installation, misuse, accident, neglect, or unauthorized repair.
- Products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
- Products returned to an unauthorized address.
- Products not originally purchased from BINB ROAD.
Clearance, discounted, electrical, hydraulic, or special-order status does not remove any mandatory rights relating to defective, incorrect, damaged, misdescribed, or non-conforming products.
An ordinary stock product is not considered customized merely because it was ordered from a supplier after the customer placed the order.
3. Return Authorization
Before returning a product, please contact BINB ROAD Customer Support to request return authorization and obtain the correct return instructions.
BINB ROAD may provide a Return Merchandise Authorization number or other return reference.
Returns sent without authorization may be refused, delayed, misdirected, or subject to additional costs where permitted by applicable law.
For consumers exercising a statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation, a clear statement notifying BINB ROAD of the decision to withdraw is sufficient. Failure to obtain an RMA number will not invalidate a withdrawal notice submitted within the applicable statutory period.
Customers must still contact BINB ROAD before shipping the product so that the correct authorized return address can be provided.
4. Fitment Verification
Automotive parts may vary according to model year, production date, engine, drivetrain, trim level, chassis code, market specification, and original equipment configuration.
Before ordering, customers should compare the reference OEM or OE number, product photographs, dimensions, connectors, installation position, and all fitment notes shown on the product page.
We strongly recommend contacting BINB ROAD with the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), OEM part number, or complete vehicle information before placing an order.
If the customer orders an incompatible product and the product supplied matches the order and product description, the return may be treated as a customer-initiated return. The customer may therefore be responsible for return shipping costs.
This section does not affect the customer’s rights where BINB ROAD supplied the wrong product, provided incorrect compatibility information, or delivered a product that does not conform to the contract or product description.
5. Incorrect, Damaged, Defective, or Non-Conforming Products
Please contact BINB ROAD as soon as reasonably possible if:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product arrived damaged.
- Components are missing.
- The product is defective.
- The product does not match its description or agreed specifications.
We may request the order number, photographs, vehicle information, packaging photographs, installation information, diagnostic information, or other evidence reasonably necessary to review the claim.
Customers should not install or continue using a product that appears incorrect, damaged, defective, or unsafe.
Where BINB ROAD confirms that a product is incorrect, damaged, defective, or otherwise non-conforming, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law. This may include repair, replacement, exchange, price reduction, partial refund, or full refund.
A request to contact us within 30 days does not limit any longer statutory guarantee, warranty, rejection, or conformity rights available under applicable law.
6. Exchanges
BINB ROAD offers exchanges for eligible products, subject to availability.
For exchanges not caused by a BINB ROAD error or product defect:
- The returned product must meet the applicable return conditions.
- The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
- The customer may be required to pay any price difference.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, BINB ROAD may offer a refund or another suitable product with the customer’s agreement.
7. Return Shipping Costs
BINB ROAD Error or Non-Conforming Product
BINB ROAD will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse reasonable documented return shipping costs where the return results from:
- An incorrect product being shipped.
- A confirmed product defect.
- Damage occurring before delivery.
- Missing components.
- A product that materially differs from its description.
- Another lack of conformity for which BINB ROAD is responsible.
Customers should contact BINB ROAD before purchasing return postage.
If reimbursement is authorized, customers must retain the carrier receipt, tracking number, and proof of payment.
8. Return Address
Eligible products may be returned in accordance with this Return Policy regardless of the order destination, subject to applicable law and lawful shipping restrictions.
Please do not return any product without contacting BINB ROAD first.
BINB ROAD uses multiple authorized return facilities in different countries and regions. The applicable return location may depend on the order destination, product type, return reason, original fulfilment location, warehouse availability, and customs requirements.
After reviewing the return request, BINB ROAD will provide the authorized return address and complete return instructions.
Do not return products to:
- The address shown on the original shipping label.
- The original dispatch location.
- A previously used return address.
- An address obtained from a third party.
- Any address not specifically authorized by BINB ROAD.
Products sent to an unauthorized address may be refused, delayed, lost, returned to the sender, or subject to additional charges.
9. Refunds
Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Where permitted by applicable law, the refund may be reduced to reflect:
- Missing components or accessories.
- Installation, use, modification, contamination, or physical damage.
- Handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product.
- Actual diminished value caused by the customer.
- A prepaid return label for which the customer was responsible.
BINB ROAD does not charge a standard restocking fee.
For ordinary voluntary returns, original outbound shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless:
- The return results from a BINB ROAD error.
- The product is defective or non-conforming.
- BINB ROAD agrees otherwise.
- Applicable law requires reimbursement.
Voluntary refunds are normally processed within three to five business days after the returned product has been inspected. Banks, card issuers, and payment providers may require additional time to post the refund.
Any mandatory statutory refund deadline will take priority over this voluntary processing period.
10. Return Shipment Deadline
For voluntary returns under BINB ROAD’s general 30-day return policy, the approved return package must normally be shipped within seven calendar days after the return instructions are provided.
Failure to ship the return within this period may result in cancellation of the voluntary return authorization.
This seven-day period does not override any longer return period provided by mandatory law.
11. European Union, EEA, and United Kingdom Consumer Rights
Consumers in the European Union, European Economic Area, and United Kingdom may have a statutory right to withdraw from or cancel an eligible online purchase without giving a reason.
The consumer must generally:
- Notify BINB ROAD within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods.
- Return the goods within 14 calendar days after notifying BINB ROAD of the withdrawal or cancellation.
The consumer may notify BINB ROAD using any clear statement communicating the decision to withdraw. No specific wording is required.
A consumer may notify BINB ROAD of the withdrawal before the goods are delivered.
If the order has already been shipped and cannot reasonably be intercepted, the consumer may be required to receive the package and return it using the authorized return instructions provided by BINB ROAD. Where the carrier permits and BINB ROAD confirms the arrangement, the consumer may instead refuse delivery.
Consumers should not refuse delivery without first contacting BINB ROAD because the package may be returned to an incorrect location or additional transportation charges may be incurred.
Return Shipping Costs
For a withdrawal or cancellation made solely because the consumer changed their mind, the consumer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where this responsibility was disclosed before purchase.
BINB ROAD will bear reasonable return costs where:
- The product is incorrect.
- The product is damaged or defective.
- The product is non-conforming or materially different from its description.
- BINB ROAD agreed to bear the cost.
- Applicable law otherwise requires BINB ROAD to bear the cost.
Refund Following Withdrawal
For a valid statutory withdrawal or cancellation, BINB ROAD will refund:
- The price paid for the returned goods.
- The cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the original order.
Any additional cost resulting from the consumer choosing expedited, premium, express, or other non-standard delivery does not have to be refunded.
BINB ROAD will process the statutory refund without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law.
For sales of goods, BINB ROAD may withhold the refund until:
- The returned goods have been received; or
- The consumer provides evidence that the goods have been sent back,
whichever occurs first.
The refund will normally be made using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed.
Product Inspection and Diminished Value
The consumer may inspect the goods only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
The consumer may be responsible for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary.
For automotive parts, installation, electrical connection, programming, fluid exposure, road use, modification, cutting, drilling, or painting may constitute handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product.
The absence of original packaging does not automatically cancel a statutory withdrawal right. However, the consumer may be responsible for actual diminished value or damage caused by inadequate packaging.
Exceptions
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to products:
- Made to the consumer’s specifications.
- Clearly personalized.
- Inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.
- Covered by another lawful statutory exception.
Clearance or discounted status alone does not remove the statutory right of withdrawal.
Nothing in this section limits any separate legal guarantee or remedy relating to goods that are defective, faulty, unsafe, misdescribed, or otherwise non-conforming.
12. Core and International Returns
Where a product is subject to a core-return requirement, the core must:
- Be authorized before shipment.
- Be the correct corresponding product.
- Be completely drained of all fluids.
- Be sealed and packaged to prevent leakage.
- Comply with carrier and transportation requirements.
Unless otherwise stated or required by law, the customer is responsible for core-return shipping costs.
For international returns, customs documents must accurately identify the shipment as returned merchandise.
Customers must not declare an inaccurate value, describe a commercial return as a gift, or provide false customs information.
Where permitted by applicable law, duties, brokerage fees, storage charges, or other expenses caused by inaccurate customer-supplied documentation may be deducted from the refund.
International returns may require additional processing time because of customs clearance.
13. Contact Us
Please contact BINB ROAD Customer Support before returning any product.
Where available, please provide:
- Customer name.
- Order number.
- Product name or SKU.
- Reason for the return.
- Relevant photographs or supporting information.
- Preferred resolution.
BINB ROAD will provide the applicable return instructions and authorized return address after reviewing the request.
Optional Withdrawal Notice
Consumers exercising a statutory withdrawal or cancellation right may send the following statement:
“I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the purchase of the following goods.”
Please include the product description, order number, order date, delivery date, customer name, address, and date of the withdrawal notice.
Use of this wording is optional. Any clear statement communicating the decision to withdraw is acceptable.
