At BINB ROAD, we aim to process and deliver orders accurately and efficiently.
This Shipping Policy applies to products purchased directly through www.binbroad.com. Products purchased through another third-party marketplace may be subject to the shipping terms and procedures of that marketplace.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
1. Shipping Destinations
BINB ROAD ships to countries and regions supported by the Website and our available delivery services.
Available shipping destinations and delivery methods will normally be displayed during checkout.
We may be unable to ship certain products or orders because of:
- Carrier restrictions.
- Customs or import restrictions.
- Product size, weight, or transportation requirements.
- Remote or inaccessible delivery locations.
- Legal, regulatory, export, sanctions, or safety restrictions.
- Unusually high or unavailable shipping costs.
If we cannot ship an order to the selected destination, we will notify the customer and refund any applicable payment already collected.
2. Order Processing Time
In-stock orders are normally processed within one to two business days after payment authorization and order review.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays observed by the applicable fulfilment location.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will normally begin processing on the next business day.
Processing may take longer where:
- Vehicle compatibility requires confirmation.
- Customer information is incomplete.
- Payment or address verification is required.
- The product requires special handling.
- The order contains oversized or restricted products.
- Inventory must be transferred between fulfilment locations.
- The order is placed during a major sale, holiday, or unusually busy period.
Processing time is separate from estimated transit time.
If an order is time-sensitive, please contact BINB ROAD before placing the order to confirm product availability and available shipping options.
3. Product Availability and Back Orders
Product availability shown on the Website may change before an order is accepted.
If a product becomes unavailable, back-ordered, or discontinued after the order is placed, BINB ROAD may:
- Provide an updated estimated availability date.
- Offer the customer the option to wait.
- Offer a suitable alternative with the customer’s agreement.
- Cancel the unavailable item or order and issue a refund.
BINB ROAD will not substitute a materially different product without the customer’s consent.
4. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will normally be displayed during checkout or in the order confirmation.
Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and transferred to the carrier.
Unless expressly identified as guaranteed, all processing and delivery dates are estimates only.
Delivery may be affected by:
- Carrier delays.
- Customs clearance.
- Weather conditions.
- Public holidays.
- Remote-area delivery.
- Regulatory inspections.
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Local delivery conditions.
- Events outside our reasonable control.
BINB ROAD cannot guarantee a specific delivery date unless a guaranteed delivery service has been expressly agreed.
Where applicable law requires delivery within a particular period, the customer retains all mandatory rights if delivery is not completed within that period.
5. Multiple Warehouses and Split Shipments
BINB ROAD uses multiple fulfilment facilities and shipping partners.
Products in the same order may be stored at different locations. An order may therefore be shipped in more than one package.
Where an order is split:
- Packages may arrive on different dates.
- Different carriers may be used.
- Separate tracking numbers may be provided.
- A partial delivery does not necessarily mean that an item is missing.
Unless otherwise disclosed before purchase, customers will not be charged additional shipping solely because BINB ROAD divides an order into multiple shipments.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are generally calculated based on:
- Delivery destination.
- Package size and weight.
- Product type.
- Selected shipping method.
- Remote-area or carrier surcharges.
- Customs and transportation requirements.
The shipping charge displayed during checkout will normally be the amount charged for delivery.
For oversized, unusually heavy, restricted, remote-area, or specially handled shipments, the Website may be unable to calculate an accurate shipping charge.
If an additional shipping charge is required, BINB ROAD will contact the customer before accepting or shipping the order.
No additional shipping charge will be collected without the customer’s agreement.
If the customer does not agree to the revised shipping charge, the affected order may be cancelled and any applicable payment already collected will be refunded.
Requests for a particular carrier or service may be submitted before shipment, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
BINB ROAD does not accept cash-on-delivery orders unless expressly offered during checkout.
7. Delivery Address and Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including:
- Recipient’s full name.
- Street address.
- Apartment, suite, unit, building, or house number.
- City, state, province, or region.
- Postal code.
- Country.
- Valid telephone number.
- Other information reasonably required for delivery or customs clearance.
Please review the delivery address carefully before submitting an order.
If an address error is discovered, contact BINB ROAD as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after the order has entered processing or has been dispatched.
Where permitted by applicable law, customers may be responsible for actual additional costs resulting from:
- An incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
- An unsuccessful address correction.
- Re-delivery.
- Return to sender.
- Remote-area rerouting.
- Storage or handling charges.
This does not apply where the delivery problem was caused by BINB ROAD or the carrier acting on our behalf.
8. Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided where tracking is available for the selected shipping service.
Tracking information may take time to update after the carrier receives the package.
International shipments may be transferred between multiple carriers. In these cases:
- The tracking number may change.
- Updates may temporarily stop during customs processing or carrier transfer.
- Final delivery may be completed by a local postal or delivery service.
A lack of immediate tracking updates does not necessarily mean that the package has been lost.
Customers should contact BINB ROAD if tracking has not updated for an unusually long period or if the estimated delivery period has passed.
9. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to:
- Import duties.
- VAT, GST, sales tax, or similar taxes.
- Customs clearance charges.
- Brokerage or disbursement fees.
- Local handling or administrative fees.
Depending on the destination and checkout arrangement, these charges may either:
- Be collected in advance during checkout; or
- Be payable by the recipient when the package enters the destination country.
Where duties and taxes are collected during checkout, the applicable amount will be shown before the order is submitted.
Where duties and taxes are not collected during checkout, the customer or recipient may be responsible for paying them directly to the carrier, customs authority, or other relevant party.
BINB ROAD does not control charges independently imposed by customs authorities, governments, or carriers.
Customers are responsible for providing information reasonably required for customs clearance and responding promptly to carrier or customs requests.
If an order cannot be delivered because the recipient refuses to pay properly disclosed import charges or fails to cooperate with customs clearance, the order may be treated as a refused or unclaimed shipment under Section 13.
10. Delivery, Risk, and Signature Requirements
For consumer orders, the risk of loss or damage generally remains with BINB ROAD until the customer, or a person designated by the customer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
If the customer independently appoints a carrier that was not offered by BINB ROAD, risk may transfer when the goods are delivered to that carrier where permitted by applicable law.
A carrier may require:
- A signature.
- Identification.
- An access code.
- Collection from a designated pickup location.
- Another reasonable delivery confirmation.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and making reasonable arrangements to receive or collect the package.
Carrier delivery confirmation does not automatically prevent the customer from reporting a genuine non-delivery issue.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but the customer cannot locate it, the customer should promptly:
- Check the delivery location and any safe place shown by the carrier.
- Ask household members, neighbors, reception staff, or property management.
- Contact the local delivery carrier.
- Contact BINB ROAD with the order and tracking details.
BINB ROAD will review the available tracking, delivery evidence, and carrier information before determining the appropriate resolution.
11. Delayed or Missing Shipments
If a shipment is delayed, customers should contact BINB ROAD after the estimated delivery period has passed.
We may request additional time to investigate the shipment with the carrier.
Where a shipment is confirmed lost, materially delayed, or undeliverable for reasons not caused by the customer, BINB ROAD will provide the remedy required by applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include:
- Replacement.
- Reshipment.
- Cancellation.
- Refund.
Delays outside our reasonable control do not remove any statutory right to cancel or receive a refund where delivery is not completed within the period required by applicable law.
12. Damaged Packages or Products
Customers should inspect the package and product promptly after delivery.
If a package or product arrives damaged, please contact BINB ROAD as soon as reasonably possible and provide:
- Order number.
- Photographs of the outer package.
- Photographs of the shipping label.
- Photographs of the damaged product.
- A description of the damage.
- Any available carrier report.
Please retain the packaging and damaged product until the claim has been reviewed.
Do not install or use a product that appears damaged, defective, incomplete, or unsafe.
Where damage occurred before delivery, BINB ROAD will provide the remedy required by applicable law.
13. Refused, Unclaimed, and Returned Shipments
Customers should not refuse delivery without first contacting BINB ROAD.
A refused or unclaimed shipment may be returned to:
- The original fulfilment location.
- A carrier facility.
- A customs facility.
- Another location that is not an authorized customer return facility.
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, returned because of an incorrect address, or returned because the recipient failed to complete customs clearance, BINB ROAD will review the package after it is returned.
Where permitted by applicable law, a refund may be reduced by actual non-refundable costs caused by the customer, including:
- Original shipping charges.
- Return transportation charges.
- Address correction fees.
- Storage or handling fees.
- Customs, brokerage, or carrier charges.
No such deduction will be made where the refusal or return resulted from:
- A BINB ROAD error.
- An incorrect product.
- A damaged or defective product.
- A lawful remedy for non-conforming goods.
- Another situation in which applicable law requires BINB ROAD to bear the cost.
For a statutory change-of-mind withdrawal, refunds and return costs will be handled in accordance with our Return Policy and applicable law.
14. Order Changes and Cancellations
Please contact BINB ROAD immediately if you wish to change or cancel an order.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.
If the order has already shipped and cannot be intercepted, the customer may need to receive the package and follow the authorized return procedure.
This does not prevent a consumer from notifying BINB ROAD of a statutory withdrawal or cancellation before delivery where applicable.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy.
