1 year warranty regardless of mileage.
BINB ROAD warrants that at the time of shipment the products sold shall be free from defects in material and workmanship.BINB ROAD maximum liability shall not in any case exceed the purchase price (excluding shipping charges) for the products purchased from BINB ROAD and claimed to be defective. No labor reimbursement will be granted. BINB ROAD agrees to furnish a replacement for, but not remove or install any product or component thereof, which, upon test and examination by BINB ROAD or its authorized agents, proves defective within the warranty period. BINB ROAD will not be liable for any loss, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, whether based upon warranty, contract or negligence, and arising in connection with the sale, use or repair of the products. This warranty does not under any circumstances extend to any product sold by BINB ROAD which has been subjected to misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation or use for any purpose other than its intended use. This warranty does not extend to or apply to any unit which has been repaired or altered.
Our Catalog
Our online parts catalog is to be used as a reference guide and does not necessarily reflect the availability or stocking status of parts. Parts displayed may be out-of-stock or discontinued, and prices are subject to change. Although BMW of South Atlanta has made every effort to photograph and display the products and their colors from our OEM catalogs as accurately as possible, the displayed colors depend upon the monitor of the user.
Manufacturer updates may occasionally cause discrepancies in part numbers and prices that are not reflected in the online catalogs. In such cases, customers will be notified via email or phone before any charges will occur.
Occasionally catalog errors do occur. We will contact you if we find these occur with items you have ordered.

As the consumer, your responsibility is to provide your VIN with your order to ensure proper vehicle fitment. Our customer support team verifies every order for order accuracy and fitment before shipping.
If you are modifying or for another reason do not want the original part, please let us know this in the comments or notes field. We will process your order as requested but offer no guarantee of fitment. Please let us know via a note, otherwise we may emailed you asking for the VIN and that would delay the order.
