Return Policy
  • Contact us to arrange for any returns.
  • Parts must be resalable and in the original packaging.
  • We cannot take back used parts, installed or tried parts.
  • Electrical and Hydraulic parts are not returnable.
  • We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
  • Return request needs to be within 30 days of receipt.
  • All of the original shipping material: boxes, bags, packing, etc must be returned. All box labels (except old shipping label) must be visible and intact. See pictures below. Do not deface these labels.
  • All core returns are the responsibility of the customer to handle the cost of the freight to return to us. We do not refund or compensate freight when it comes to this matter. All cores must be returned in the original box and all cores with fluid in it must be drained and not show any signs of leakage when we get it back.
  • we will credit your original payment method for the full price of the item(s) less the PrePaid label cost. Shipping fees paid by the customer are not refundable.


You will receive a confirmation email from us indicating the amount refunded back to you. Please note that credit on your credit card statement may not appear immediately, depending upon the policies of your credit card issuer.

During the returns process you will be provided a return label to return your items, The cost of this label will be presented during the returns process and will be deducted from your total refund.Once you receive confirmation of your return, all shipments must be sent within 7 days otherwise the return may be denied.

lf you'd like, you can also send your purchases back using the provider of your choice, if you choose to do this, please complete the return registration online.however do not print a return shipping label. lf you are using your own shipping provider to send a purchase back to us, please ship to US warehouse:

Free and Discounted Shipping: We offer free shipping on returns that are BINB ROAD errors and offer discounted rates for those that do not qualify for free shipping. Additionally, we've eliminated all restocking fees.

International Returns: All packages being returned to BINB ROAD from outside the USA must be marked on the OUTSIDE of the box as "Return of Merchandise" to avoid additional taxes, customs/duties and brokerage fees being assessed. Any paperwork filled out for shipment should also indicate that it's a return of merchandise previously purchased and the date of the original purchase so there's no confusion that it's a return of merchandise on which customs/duties have already been assessed and paid.

Any international returns not identified as "Returned Merchandise" on the outside of the package will be subject to a reduction of credit or chargeback to the customer of any taxes, customs/duties and brokerage fees assessed to BINB ROAD. Because these fees take a few weeks to receive from the various taxing authorities, credit for international returns will be processed 21 days from the date received by BINB ROAD to allow time for any fees of this nature to be received.
